Privacy Policy

Glowroute is designed to work without an account, advertising identifier, or third-party tracking SDK.

Information stored on your device

The app stores game progress, sound and haptic preferences, and a limited playtest event history on your device. Events may include app opens, levels started, route outcomes, failure reasons, steps, solved levels, whether the Glowroute Club screen was opened, and purchase or restore outcomes such as started, pending, cancelled, verified, restored, not found, or failed. Purchase events contain only the StoreKit product identifier and Club entry source—not prices, billing details, account data, or error text.

These events do not contain a device identifier and are not transmitted automatically. You may explicitly choose Share Diagnostics to send a readable copy using the iOS share sheet.

Purchases

Subscriptions are processed by Apple through the App Store and StoreKit. We do not receive or store your full payment-card details. The app checks verified StoreKit transactions to determine whether Glowroute Club is active. Apple handles purchase information under its own privacy policy.

How information is used

Local gameplay events are used only to evaluate onboarding clarity, diagnose puzzle failures, and improve game balance when a tester chooses to share them. We do not sell personal information, serve behaviorally targeted advertising, or track activity across other companies' apps or websites.

Retention and deletion

Local progress and playtest events remain on the device until you restart onboarding, clear the data using an available in-app control, or delete the app. A copy you choose to share is retained only as long as needed to analyze the test and address reported issues.

Children

Glowroute is not designed to collect personal information from children. If a future version introduces accounts, social features, advertising, or remote analytics, this policy and the App Store privacy disclosures will be updated before release.
